  • Teri-Lyn Allard., LCT, CCC.

    Teri-Lyn is a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC), and the founder of Elm City Counselling. She brings a rich and varied background to her work, with professional experience supporting at-risk youth, working in Fredericton area schools, and a foundation in early childhood education and family dynamics.

    Her trauma-informed, client-centered approach integrates both professional and lived experiences, including her personal understanding of the impact of chronic illness. She supports individuals from diverse communities with care and curiosity, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches and modalities to help them navigate challenges such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, difficulties with emotional regulation, burnout, chronic illness, interpersonal struggles, grief, and loss. Teri-Lyn has received specialized training through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment approach for OCD and related anxiety disorders. She is dedicated to fostering a safe, empathetic, and supportive space where clients can build resilience and move toward meaningful change.

    In addition to her clinical work, she provides clinical supervision to counselling professionals and students, offering a collaborative, reflective, and strengths-based approach to professional development.

  • Rhonda Mostowy., LCT, CCC.

    With more than two decades of experience working with children and youth in both New Brunswick and Manitoba's education systems, Rhonda brings a rich background in teaching, school counselling, and mental health to her private counselling practice. She is a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT), a certified teacher, and school counsellor dedicated to providing inclusive, person-centered support to children, youth, and adults.

    Rhonda offers a holistic and trauma-informed approach, creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen and supported. Her work often incorporates play-based and creative modalities—such as games, art, and role play—to engage clients meaningfully, especially younger individuals.

    She has experience working with individuals from diverse communities, including the LGBTQIA+ community, Military families, First Nations and Métis peoples, and youth on the Autism and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum. Areas of clinical focus include anxiety, executive functioning challenges, intergenerational trauma, grief and loss, deployment-related stress, and anger management.

    Rhonda is passionate about helping clients strengthen their self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience, while fostering connection and healing.

  • Amy Ferguson, MSW, RSW.

    Amy Ferguson is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. She provides compassionate, evidence-based support to children, youth, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, family transitions, grief, parenting, and trauma.

    Amy brings a warm, playful, and curious approach to her work, helping clients explore their strengths and resilience. She is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach their goals for growth and meaningful change.

  • Sarah Wallace LCT-C

    Sarah Wallace is a Licensed Counselling Therapist (Candidate) with more than 10 years of experience supporting children and youth in a variety of settings. She provides a safe, welcoming, and compassionate space where clients ages 4 and older can explore challenges, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies.

    Sarah works with children, youth, young adults, and families using a strengths-based, client-centred approach. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, bullying, emotional regulation difficulties, and other social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, collaborating closely with each client to identify meaningful goals that support growth and healing.

    Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Studies and a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. She has completed extensive Foundation Play Therapy training through the Canadian Association for Play Therapy (CAPT), including coursework in play therapy theory, techniques, child development, and therapeutic applications. Sarah integrates play therapy-informed interventions into her work with children in developmentally appropriate ways, supporting emotional expression, coping, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. She is currently continuing her professional development in play therapy and working toward certification with CAPT.

    Sarah is committed to helping every client feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
